Description

This audio element uses a sound format with poor cross-browser support. Only the MP3, MP4, WAV and WebM audio formats are well supported across desktop and mobile browsers.

• MP3 is supported by all major desktop and mobile browsers
• MP4 is supported by all major desktop and mobile browsers
• WAV is supported by all major desktop and mobile browsers
• WebM is supported by all major desktop and mobile browsers
• 3GP is only supported by Firefox
• ADTS is only supported by Firefox
• FLAC is not supported on iOS
• Ogg is not supported by Safari on macOS and iOS
• Opus is not supported by Safari on macOS and iOS
