Mapping gets stuck on pages with JavaScript errors TN-M05

This FAQ answer is obsolete but preserved for historical interest.

This issue affected PowerMapper 4.00 - 4.02 and was fixed in PowerMapper 4.03.

When mapping a page containing a JavaScript syntax error a warning message appears. There are two workarounds:

• Check the Hide Script Errors box on the Advanced tab of the Mapping Options window (this is checked by default)
• Disable JavaScript by unchecking the Run ActiveX Scripts check box on the Security tab of the Internet Options tab
